My Story
I've always been passionate about healing and helping people work through life's challenges. Over the past 12 years, I've worked across a range of mental health settings, supporting children, families, and individuals who have experienced trauma, adversity, and significant life transitions.
These experiences taught me that healing doesn't happen through a one-size-fits-all approach. It happens through connection, safety, and understanding. What continues to inspire me is witnessing the resilience that exists within people of all ages.
My Approach
I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to the individual sitting across from me, creating an environment where clients feel safe enough to be themselves.
With children, I use play, creativity, storytelling, and developmentally appropriate activities to help them express emotions and build coping skills.
With adults, I incorporate insight-oriented conversation, attachment-focused work, and exploration of how early experiences shape current patterns.
With parents and caregivers, I help you understand your child's emotional world while offering practical tools that strengthen your relationship.
Outside the Office
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, being near the ocean, practicing yoga, and connecting with music, the things that help me stay grounded and nurture my own well-being.
