Attachment & Relationships
Heal relational wounds, strengthen meaningful connections, and build healthier ways of relating to yourself and others.
How Early Relationships Shape Us
Our earliest relationships help shape how we see ourselves, connect with others, and move through the world. When those relationships have been disrupted by trauma, loss, inconsistency, conflict, or other difficult experiences, it can impact how we trust, communicate, regulate emotions, and form healthy connections throughout life.
What Attachment Challenges Look Like
Attachment challenges show up differently depending on age and life circumstances.
For children, they may appear as behavioral concerns, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, difficulty separating from caregivers, or challenges with trust and connection.
For teens and adults, attachment wounds may contribute to relationship struggles, fear of abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, people-pleasing, emotional reactivity, or feeling disconnected from others.
An Attachment-Focused Approach
I help clients better understand how their experiences and relationships have shaped them. Together, we explore patterns with curiosity and compassion, strengthen emotional awareness, build healthier ways of connecting, and develop a greater sense of safety within relationships.
This Work Is for Everyone
Whether you’re seeking support for your child, working through family challenges, or untangling relationship patterns in your own life, therapy can provide an opportunity to heal old wounds, strengthen meaningful connections, and create lasting change.
