Adult Therapy

Explore how early experiences continue to shape your relationships, patterns, and sense of self, and begin to heal.

Adult in a calm, reflective moment

Your Past Doesn’t Have to Run the Show

Many of the ways we think, feel, and relate to others are shaped by our earliest experiences. Sometimes those experiences leave lasting impacts that show up in adulthood as anxiety, relationship challenges, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from ourselves and others.

You may not always recognize the connection, but the patterns are often rooted in what happened long before you had the language to process it.

A Space for Honest Exploration

I provide a supportive, collaborative space where adults can explore their experiences with curiosity, compassion, and authenticity. Together, we work to better understand the patterns that may no longer be serving you, process difficult experiences, and strengthen your connection to yourself and the people who matter most.

What I Focus On

My work with adults often centers on:

  • Childhood trauma
  • Attachment wounds
  • Family-of-origin dynamics
  • Inner child healing
  • Parenting challenges
  • Life transitions
  • Personal growth

I believe healing happens when we are able to make sense of our experiences, recognize our strengths, and create new ways of relating to ourselves and others. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be willing to look.
