Parent Support

Practical strategies and guidance to help you understand your child, manage challenges, and feel more confident.

Parent and child connecting

Parenting Is Hard. Asking for Help Is Smart.

Parenting can be one of the most rewarding experiences in life, and also one of the most challenging. Many parents find themselves feeling overwhelmed, questioning their decisions, or unsure how to best support their child through emotional, behavioral, or developmental challenges.

Seeking support doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong. It means you’re looking for ways to better understand and connect with your child.

A Collaborative Approach

My approach to parent support is collaborative, compassionate, and free of judgment. I believe parents are the experts on their children, and my role is to provide insight, guidance, and practical tools that help families feel more confident and connected.

Together, we explore what may be driving a child’s behaviors, strengthen communication, and develop strategies that support both the child and the family as a whole.

What We Can Focus On

Parenting support sessions may focus on:

  • Emotional regulation
  • Attachment and connection
  • Behavioral concerns
  • Life transitions
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Co-parenting challenges
  • Understanding the unique needs of your child

Whether your child is currently participating in therapy or you’re simply looking for additional support as a parent, these sessions provide a space to ask questions, gain perspective, and feel supported in the important work you’re already doing.
