Child Therapy
Play-based, attachment-focused care that helps children build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
Understanding Your Child’s World
Children often communicate through behaviors, play, and emotions rather than words. A sudden change in behavior, big reactions to small situations, or withdrawal from activities they used to enjoy can all be signals that something deeper is going on.
My role is to help understand what those behaviors may be communicating while providing children with tools to build confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships.
How I Work With Children
Using play, creative activities, attachment-focused interventions, and evidence-based approaches, I help children process difficult experiences and develop skills that support long-term emotional well-being.
Sessions are tailored to each child’s personality and developmental stage. Some children are energetic and expressive. Others are quiet and cautious. I meet them where they are and create a space where they feel safe to explore, express, and grow.
Parents Are Part of the Process
Parents are an essential part of treatment. I work closely with caregivers to provide insight, support, and practical strategies that help children feel successful both in and outside of therapy.
If your child is struggling with anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, family transitions, or emotional regulation, therapy can be a meaningful next step.
